Custom Packaged Raw Materials into Tied Bags & Pallet Boxes
This custom packaging project required precise packaging of a raw powder material to within 0.15 lbs. per package. The customer needed to have a raw powder packaged into quantities of 2 to 20 pounds. Utilizing our semi-automatic repackaging system we filled and sealed the bags using either tape or ties depending on the size. The filled bags where packaged in pallet boxes in weights of 1500 and 2400 pounds. Each pallet box had the customer supplied label applied prior to shipping. We produce 15000 pounds of this materials packaged in this manner each week.
